8/31/08: The "big" news is that we've signed DE Jerome
McDougle after the Eagles released him. Works for me since I feel they
"stole" him from us at the draft anyway. :-)

Giants are all set to sign kicker John
Carney, to fill in for Tynes, according to his agent, anyway. This guy
played on the LA Rams... no, that's not a typo, youngsters... 44 years
old. Oh well, Huston didn't exactly make me sleep well at night.
8/24/08 - Update on Umenyiora: MRI showed torn ligaments. He will undergo surgery and, most
likely, is out for the season.
